How to Change the Favicon on Blogger

Blogger Account has its own favicon Orange "B" which is default favicon for every blogspot blog. You can change it with your own unique favicon which gives unique identity to your blog.

What is a favicon?

A favicon is a small 16X16 image located at the top of your browser in the url bar.

How to Change Favicon on Blogger?

1. First go to Layout or Design -------> Edit Html in your Blogger Dashboard
2. Backup / restore your existing template before making any changes.
3. Now place the code  below directly below the </head> tag in your template
4. Save your template and view your Blog

Tips:- To find </head> tag press Ctrl+F simultaneously.

----> Replace the image URL with your own 16 pixel by 16 pixel image hosted on the internet.
